Our staff offers on and offsite technical support to individuals, corporations, and government agencies. Microsoft Certified, our staff offers the support you need, in person or by phone, FAX and E-mail, to suit your individual needs.

The Technical Support team can also build customized, accessible desktop PC’s designed with assistive technology in mind. And we install specific computer software applications and peripheral equipment to complete your custom workstation. Our workplace access consulting services include integration, delivery, and installation of tools to will bring your systems into compliance at optimal levels of performance.

Our Technical Support team members are authorized beta tests for major manufacturer new releases of AT equipment and software, which ensures that VVT stays up-to-date with coming changes and new directions in the marketplace.

HelpDesk Follow-up Support

Consider taking advantage of our Tech HelpDesk service. Our Technical Support Staff provides the customer with a continued resource to consult on an As-Needed basis. This service is available in six-hour increments. Use of this Consultation is billed in fifteen-minute increments, giving you the flexibility of getting the assistance you need, when you need it. Additional time can be provided on request.
